I am trying to install InkSaver, but the install process stops and the error "www.installengine.com/cert02/isengine/isscript.msi" is generated. What do I do?
If you are using a dial-up modem you may receive this error. The installer InkSaver uses may require an update from the Internet; if you are not online when you are installing InkSaver this message is generated. Please try to install InkSaver again while you are connected to the Internet.
